An intelligent agent is used to monitor login activity, course activity, and release conditions in your course outside of its regular schedule.
How to Run an Intelligent Agent (Written Instructions)
To run an Intelligent Agent:
- Go to your course navigation bar and select Intelligent Agents. You can also go to the Course Admin tab on your navigation bar to access Intelligent Agents.
- From Intelligent Agents , click the context menu of the agent you want to run.
- Select Run Now.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the Intelligent Agent has completed its run.
- Click done to return to the Intelligent Agents page.
- Click number of Users Identified to view the users identified by the intelligent agent, as well as the action taken by the system.
